About the Role:
Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers, Floaters, and Support Staff! If you have a passion for working with children and making a positive impact on young lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Assist lead/classroom teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities in the classroom
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Float between classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios
- Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Assist with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced classroom environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
