About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Young Toddler Lead Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire children aged 12-18 months. This role is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a lasting impact in early childhood development within a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young toddlers.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
- Incorporate play-based learning strategies to engage toddlers.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and health standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a lead teacher working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for nurturing young learners.

Compensation: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
